Meet Gladiator Excellence
My family and I couldn't afford to eat in restaurants when I was growing up. Usually, the only time we went to restaurants was when a my Uncle Jeff took us out to eat as a treat. As a result, I connected restaurant visits to an expression of love.
That's why I hate to see restaurants struggling to stay open and sometimes not succeeding.
It turns out, typically restaurants operate on a 5% profit margin. So Gladiator Excellence specializes in solutions that increase their margins so owners can work less hours and make more money.
Tony is a good example of this. He owns a seafood restaurant in Houston, TX. He was spending more than $3,500 a month on processing credit cards. We switched him to a flat fee program. Now instead of $3,500, he pays a flat fee of only $30 a month.
Whether it's by nearly eliminating credit card processing fees, providing technology that lets restaurants operate more efficiently with less staff, or implementing tools and strategy to get their customers coming back more often, Gladiator Excellence is focused and dedicated to raising profit margins for restaurants of all kinds across the United States.
Personal Bio
Meet Sandro
Hi there! My name is Sandro Marc-Charles. I was born and raised in Queens, New York. I'm the second of four boys. Both my parents are from the island of Haiti. That's why I have that weird hyphenated French last name.
I live in Northwest Portland, Oregon with my beautiful, awesome wife, Elle, and our cute, silly dog, Iris. Before starting my company, my previous jobs were an X-Ray Technician with the Army, and later I became a sales trainer. Some of my hobbies are reading self development books and scuba diving. I collect watches, pens, and comic books. I enjoy playing ping pong, and for some reason (probably because I'm not right in the head), I recently began riding an electric unicycle.
I grew up poor, and for a long time, I had limited dreams and vision. Fortunately, I met people that helped change my outlook on life, and that has made all the difference. That's why my burning desire is to establish a mentoring program for underprivileged young men.
One thing most people don't know about me is my first language is French, and I learned to speak English by watching Sesame Street. That's why my voice sounds like Kermit the Frog.
My key to success is "Always do more than expected."
