Fitness Training LLC is a personal training business in Beaverton, Oregon. Founded in 2019, we help people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through one on one training focused on strength, mobility, and long term health. Most clients come to us after pain, injury, or frustration has held them back. Our approach meets them where they are and helps them move forward one step at a time. All sessions take place in a private home studio designed to provide a focused and supportive training environment. Our tagline is “feel strong again.”

I’m Caleb Snyder, a personal trainer based in Beaverton. I help people who’ve been sidelined by pain, injury, or frustration rebuild their strength, mobility, and confidence. My clients aren’t chasing perfection—they want to feel capable in their everyday lives again.

My background isn’t typical. I spent years doing hard labor—loading hay trucks, pouring concrete, building fences in the oil fields. That life took a toll on my body. I’ve had two prosthetic discs placed in my lower back, my sacroiliac joint is fused, and I lost my sense of smell and taste from a head injury. Recovery wasn’t easy. But it’s what shaped how I coach today—practical, empathetic, and deeply personal.

I train people one-on-one at my home studio in Beaverton. Most of my clients are in their 30s to 70s, and they’ve already tried to fix things on their own. They come to me when they’re ready for real guidance that meets them where they are.

This work is personal to me. I believe it’s never too late to feel strong again.
