More homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini who to call, as well as searching Google. Most contractors have no idea whether their name comes up.

AI Partners checks what those AI assistants and Google say about a business, shows the owner plainly why they are or are not being named, and then does the steady work that changes it: the right pages on their website, optimized Business Profiles, reviews coming in after every job, and listings with the associations and manufacturers in their trade. Every month, the owner gets a one-page report of what we did and what changed.

We work with licensed contractors who work on homes in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Clark counties. While a contractor is on our monthly plan, we don't take on any other client in their trade in their county.

I have been a business owner for eighteen years and have founded four companies.

I grew up in Big Timber, Montana, moved to Forest Grove to attend Pacific University, and stayed in the area with my wife, Deena. We now have two kids: Molly is 13, and Connor is 15.

I started in real estate development and investment as an analyst and project manager, then spent years owning and running a multifamily property management company, and later co-founded a construction company.

Today I run AI Partners, which helps licensed contractors get named when homeowners ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Google who to hire. I still own the property management and construction companies, so I know what a slow month looks like from the owner's side.

I've been a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization for eight years; it includes business founders whose companies have surpassed $1 million in annual revenue. I chair the EO Accelerator program for founders trying to reach their first million, and I coached 20+ founders in EOA over five years before this role.

Outside of work, BNI, and EO, it is mostly family. And long walks with my golden retriever, Fiesta.
