In January of 2022, I started PNW ProClean LLC, air duct and dryer vent cleaning services.   Coming out of the Covid pandemic I quickly realized people wanted better quality of indoor air so i started the companywith this in mind.  Business took off better than expected, needing part-time help I brought my brother on board to stay ahead of the 6-day a week, 10-hour work days to keep up with demand.  In late 2022, several local HVAC instation companies reached out to PNW ProClean to take over their air duct cleaning departments and businesses is growing rapidly.  The company now has three cleaning vans and three cleaning crews.  In 2023 we performed over 1200 air duct cleaning services in homes throughout the Portland metro area.  Our largest commercial project was a 110k square foot brand new middle school in Hazeldale WA in July of 2023.  Our crew was able to clean the massive air duct system, working amongst many other trades who were also working diligently to meet the September deadline for teachers and children to occupy.  We are looking to continue to expand our team to 12 vans and crew in 2026.

I am an original native Oregonian,  growing up in the first edition of Lake Oswego made for many great childhood memories.  My two daughters Janelle, who lives in Boulder CO, and Rissa who lives close by here in Portland are all grown-up.  Both of them still need a little bit of Dad's special attention from time to time.  It would be great to have a dog but living alone and running a business, the time factor would not be fair to a furry best friend.  On a social note, I am very involved with my church and travel when time allows.  I belong to the Portland Lawn Bowling Club and travel to sunny states to compete in tournaments.  This year I would like to travel to different countries and try various lawn bowling clubs around the world.
