Kelly Jackson

I am a fractional COO working with leaders of small to mid-sized companies. My clients are executives/founders/entrepreneurs that are overwhelmed with juggling multiple roles, visionaries in need of an implementation leader to turn ideas into action.
My flexible, part-time leadership allows companies to do more with less: execute strategic plans, manage key projects, optimize team performance, and enhance company culture.
My goal is to empower businesses to scale efficiently and successfully without the overhead of a full-time executive.
Goals that I help companies achieve: revenue growth, project completion, strategic initiative fulfillment, team management and international business endeavors.

My name is Kelly Jackson. I’m a Midwestern girl (Kansas), a middle child with two brothers. Growing up on farms, in cattle yards and small towns, I learned the value of hard work and not taking yourself too seriously.

I came to Portland, Oregon to get a master’s degree 25 years ago. I got my master’s degree and a husband. We have 2 almost-adult-children and the bestest, goodest doggo in the world (jokingly referred to as my favorite child).

In my free time, I am a huge documentary, history and book nerd.

What I want people to really know about me is that I strive to treat people with respect, offer kindness and (hopefully) make them laugh a little.
